One of the greatest benefits derived from a series of simple breathing practices, movement in the body, and deep rest is the ability to focus on the self. The body is wise and is capable of telling us exactly what it needs if we choose to tune in and listen. Yoga helps us quiet the mind in order to listen to the body and truly know how our heart feels.

At Thornwood Yoga Studio, everybody and every body is welcome. Run by Omaha-born and Ashland transplant, Dené Oglesby, our goal is to make sure you always leave the studio feeling refreshed and reinvigorated - better able to manage the many challenges we face chasing our dreams each day.
